Who Are We?
Launched in 2016, we are a charitable organisation dedicated to supporting adults of 18+ who have a learning disability, down syndrome and/or are on the autistic spectrum, to develop the work related skills required to access volunteer and paid employment.
Within our RPM (Reaching People Through Music) Record Shop in Sittingbourne, we provide retail training for our team, secure ongoing work placements for them within the community and provide a regular programme of courses to further their education, knowledge and experience. We are also delighted to organise social events and activities throughout the year.
As a charity we also forge vital links within the community, consistently aiming to raise awareness of the positive contribution that people with a learning disability can bring to the workplace.
Please follow us on Facebook, Instagram & X/Twitter for all our day-to-day activities and news!
